Motolog Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from your sign-in provider so we can create and secure your account. We also store an account role and your subscription tier.

Information you put into the App. Motolog stores the records you create, including:

• ▸Vehicles — nickname, type (dirt bike, ATV, UTV, motorcycle), brand, model, year, engine size, color, purchase date, notes, current hours/miles, and any vehicle photos you add.
• ▸Maintenance logs — service category, date, hours or miles at service, cost, parts used, who performed the work, notes, and any photos you attach.
• ▸Ride sessions — date, hours, miles, terrain, and a location label that you type in yourself.
• ▸Maintenance reminders and related service-alert settings.

Photos. Images you upload are stored on our backend provider's media servers and associated with your account and the relevant vehicle or log.

We do not collect precise location or GPS. The ride "location" field is a free-text label you enter; the App does not access your device's geolocation.

Technical and diagnostic data. Our hosting platform automatically processes standard technical information (such as device type, app version, and error or log data) so we can operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

We use the information above to:

• ▸Provide the App's core features — saving and displaying your vehicles, maintenance logs, ride sessions, and reminders.
• ▸Keep your records available and in sync across your devices.
• ▸Calculate and surface service reminders based on hours and mileage.
• ▸Respond to your support requests.
• ▸Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Backend and hosting. Motolog is built on Base44, which hosts the App and stores your data on our behalf as our service provider. Your data is processed and stored on Base44's infrastructure subject to its security and privacy commitments.

Sign-in provider. Your sign-in is handled by your authentication provider, which shares your name and email with us so we can create your account.

Service-history sharing. Motolog includes a feature that lets you generate a shareable link to a snapshot of a vehicle's details and maintenance history (for example, to show a buyer or mechanic). Anyone who has that link can view the shared snapshot without signing in. Only share these links with people you trust. You can delete a share to revoke access.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.

Links to other sites. The App links out to third-party parts-diagram and retailer websites (such as manufacturer and dealer parts catalogs). Those sites are operated by others and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can:

• ▸Delete individual vehicles, logs, ride sessions, and photos from within the App at any time.
• ▸Delete your entire account and all associated data from the App's settings, or by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Motolog is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
