Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MotoLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the application.

2. Description of Service

MotoLog provides digital tools for logging vehicle maintenance, tracking ride sessions, receiving service reminders, and accessing reference materials such as torque specifications and parts diagrams. Some features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and update it as needed. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the maintenance logs, ride data, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the service's operation, reverse engineering, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. AI-generated guidance is informational only and should not replace professional mechanical service.

7. Disclaimers

MotoLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service intervals, torque specifications, and AI suggestions are for reference only and may not apply to your specific vehicle. Always consult your manufacturer's service manual. We are not liable for maintenance performed based on information in the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoLog and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any damage to your vehicles or injury resulting from maintenance performed based on app content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use of MotoLog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
